Refund policy

 

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order incur a 20% fee of the total purchase price.
  • Cancellations after 48 hours incur a 50% fee of the total purchase price.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are not permitted after delivery.
  • No exchanges are allowed for special orders or floor samples marked as non-returnable.

Delivery Issues:

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged for a later date.

Deliveries may be delayed due to traffic, unforeseen problems, mechanical issues, or acts of God. This is not a valid reason for order cancellation or refund requests.

Damage and Complaints:

Any damage upon delivery must be reported in writing via certified or registered mail to the address provided within 24 hours of delivery.

The store is only responsible for exchanging damaged merchandise; no immediate replacements are guaranteed.

Fees and Charges:

  • Additional fees of $250.00 apply for adjusting each piece that does not fit into the buyer's home.
  • A re-delivery charge will apply if the address is incorrect or if the customer is not home.
  • Merchandise held for over 30 days will incur a storage fee of $5.00 per day.

Customer Responsibilities:

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that merchandise fits in their home and for any damages resulting from forcing items in at their request.

Drivers are not responsible for moving existing furniture.

The customer must have the room cleared for new merchandise placement.

Refunds and Credits:

No cash refunds are issued; store credit only. Prices and fees are subject to change without notice.

Authorization:

The buyer authorizes the merchandise to be ordered and acknowledges receipt of a true copy of this order.
